My background includes years of work in HR, labor relations, and higher education, where I was immersed in complex organizational systems, power dynamics, and competing values. This experience continues to inform how I understand context, misalignment, and decision-making inside modern institutions.

Alongside this, I have long worked with astrology, developmental frameworks such as Spiral Dynamics, and typology as practical tools for orientation rather than belief or identity. Over time, my work has moved toward simplicity — helping people clarify what they are responding to, restore coherence where it has been stretched, and make choices that align with timing and values.
