Yoga & Wellness Collaborations
Creating space in body and breath—one gentle class at a time.
I bring more than 20 years of devoted yoga practice and hold a 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited teaching certificate. My classes are designed to be nourishing and adaptable, supporting both travelers and local communities. Alongside yoga, I weave in elements of Pilates—drawing from five years of study in New York City—to encourage gentle alignment, elongation, and deeper awareness of the body.
My teaching style is grounded yet fluid, with special attention to hip openers and practices that bring ease to the joints. Each session emphasizes sovereignty, choice, and comfort, offering many variations so students can move in ways that feel safe and supportive. Students often leave class feeling more open, spacious, and connected to their breath and body.
Teaching Style
Gentle and approachable: welcoming for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Sovereignty-centered: students are always encouraged to honor their own pace and limits.
Pilates-informed: elongation and subtle core engagement woven into yoga sequences.
Hip and joint focus: postures that release tension in the hips and invite fluidity to the joints.
Adaptable offerings: group classes, 1:1 yoga and Pilates sessions, and meditation instruction.

Collaboration with Hotels, Hostels & Resorts
Each setting is unique, and I work closely with hotels, hostels, and resorts to design offerings that resonate with your guests and the spirit of your retreat. Whether you’d like energizing morning practices, restorative evening flows, or personalized wellness sessions, I create experiences that meet people where they are and open the door to presence and renewal.
I see yoga not only as movement, but as a way of cultivating space, fluidity, and connection. My intention is to bring these qualities to your guests in harmony with the natural rhythm of your place.
My Journey
My path has always been guided by presence and trust. I’ve lived as a nomad across many countries, embracing travel as a test of faith and a way of deepening connection with the world. Along the way, I’ve shared yoga and meditation in diverse settings while also fostering puppies and kittens—small beings who remind me daily of tenderness, play, and the quiet strength of care.
For me, yoga is not only a practice on the mat but a way of living: honoring sovereignty, holding gentle boundaries, and creating space for others to feel safe in their own unfolding. My hope is to offer travelers, guests, and communities the same sense of openness and grounded ease that has carried me across oceans and continents.
